I was walking, again alone in one of the streets here in Macau… When I pass by a lady chopping something brownish in tiny cubes… I look closer to see what is it, it looks yummy, smells good and familiar. The lady looked at me, grab a tiny piece and hand it to me… I could try it? I asked… She nodded and had this gesture that says go ahead eat it… Cool! I thought and I said thank you and smiled at her… It was indeed tasty… As I continue to walk, I started to taste something… It’s hot, whew! what is this? Garlic? Ginger? waaahhhh… It was a Ginger Candy pala… It’s tasty really but I smell Ginger now… hahahaha… dah! tagam…
